We could cut Ireland and never be in this position again.

If we cut every player that has stunk it up last 4 games.....we'd be known as the Dallas Cowboy.

A legitimate wish-list type thing.

It's not like it was meant to aggravate, dude.

Yeah, and let's get ready for the biggest game of the year.:)

what is the point of this thread. This place has lost all concept of reality.

We have a playoff game saturday. That is what we have all been waiting for since august. This is the most important time of the year.

yet the only threads that get responses here are
Who is the new head coach going to be
Why its not owens fault.
What players we should get rid of.
Who should we draft..

Lets all just get a grip and get ready for the biggest game of the year.

1. Marco Rivera = Old/Slow/Bad Wheels
2. Bledsoe = Time to move on
3. Flozell = Time for McQuistian to get some looks
4. Thompson = Nothing special
5. T.O.= He's got a good game, but we can't afford another distracted year.
6. Bradie James = 1 year wonder, now go away.
7. Keith Davis = Why is he here?
8. Singleton = You've done well, time to move on.
9. Polite = Nothing special, bench him or lose him.
10. Al Johnson = Failed pick.

Needs to be second string

1. Kosier = Nice fill in
2. Spears = Last year to prove something
3. Henry = This guy may make a really good safety but he's way to inconsistant as a starting corner back.
4. Julius Jones = I wonder what we can get in return for him in a trade

Upgrades

1.Pass Rusher = in the form of an OLB if we're staying in the 3-4 or a DE if we move back to the 4-3.
2.Offensive guard = I would love to see us draft a center and move Gurode to RG.
3.Wide Receiver = It's time to draft an offensive stud, and this is the year to do it.
4.Kicker = I doubt Gramatica is the long term answer here
5.Corner Back = Time to get some speed and play making ability at this position.
6.Free Safety= A Ball hawk if he falls to you, if not, no big deal.
7.Line Backer= We need some speed in that group.

Should be on the trading block, if you can't find a trade then keep them.

1. Roy Williams= I like his aggressiveness, but his coverage skills are not very good. If you can't get something good do it, if not, keep him.
2. Julius Jones = Again, look for something.
3. Bradie James
4. Terrell Owens= See if someone bites
5. Anthony Henry = You never know what you could get if you package a few guys.

Needs to step up or have a break out season

1. Canty= Do or die year
2. Carpenter = second year, it's time to show something big.
3. Newman= You want to be a pro bowler, start making interceptions.
4. Burnett = At some point, you have to show us something.
5. Austin = Time to see what this guy has as a receiver, we love his KO returns.
6. Fasano = We have 2 big TEs, now what does he have?
7. McQuistan = Let's see what the guy has.
8. Hatcher = Pretty darn good rookie season, could he be even better?
9. Ware = Excellent season, let's see what it's like for him to rush the QB 99% of the time.
10.Watkins = Not a rookie anymore, time to make some plays youngster.
11. Romo = Hopefully not a one hit wonder.

Any player who is not one of the best 53 we can have I want gone.

I want the best 53 we can put on the field for a well rounded team. I don't care who the individual is that gets cut. I have no reason to.

At one time I had a friend on the team. He lost his job to a much better player. I was fine with it.

I always will be.

You're right, I should have explained that better.

Any of them who can be replaced by a better option in 2007.

Be that to relieve long term cap hits, performance flaws, or poor chemistry, I'm all for it.
