What QBs wouldn't have gone down and scored on us?

You have Cowboy apologists on Twitter, like Helman, placing no blame on the Cowboy defense and heaping Joe Buck amounts of praise on Rodgers for going down and scoring. But we make every QB look great. Goff and Siemien all had career days and Brian Hoyer probably will too. So I ask you guys, which current starting QBs would you place money not to get a TD against us in the same situation?

I have Bortles, Cutler, McCown and Glennon as the only QBs who wouldn't have got a TD in that situation.

Cutler would have pissed you off cause he'd have done it too.

Basically any QB whose body and/or brain isn't in a wheel chair would eat this defense alive for that game winning TD drive.

Rodgers is a great QB, no doubt about it. May be the best in the game.

But this defense will make every QB looks like a star. They can't stop anyone when it matters most. Zero chance of winning critical playoff games until we fix the defense.

The better question is what defense other than Dallas gives up that TD so easily at home? The sorry defense gave up midfield before you could blink twice. Not once did you force GB to play under any game pressure when it should have been on them.

gotta give Rogers his due, the guy has the fastest release with the strongest most accurate arm to go with it I've ever seen.

I don't know how many QBs could do that, but everyone and I mean everyone, even some tribesman in a grass hut in Kenya knows that ARod is capable, so why give him the chance?

My thoughts. All the pressure in that situation should be on the offense. Everyone watching that game knew GB would score.

It can't just be the players. We have guys like Lewis, Brown, Irving, Tank, Collins, etc that have played very well individually at times. But it never seems to come together. Most of that is scheme from Marinelli and relying on struggling vets like Scandrick

I'd toss in Jacoby Brissett. We'd have made Matt Cassel look good today.
