He just said on the post game show that he thought Julius was being held on that play and he thought he could float it over him and get a flag. It just didn't work out and he says next time he's got to throw it at his feet instead.

Or throw it way over his head... there's no excuse for trying to fit it in there.

Julius was being held, no ifs ands or buts about it, but regardless that was the worst throw a Dallas QB has made since Chad Hutchinson.

I agree....JJ WAS being held, but he's gotta not try to fit the oblong ball in a square hole that is smaller than the ball.

Agreed. Was just a bad decision. It just makes more sense to me now that I've heard him explain it.

damn, I thought he was getting held--blatantly--on that play. When they didn't call it I just assumed I didn't really know what holding meant.

it was clearly holding but in that situation you cant make that play. u take the sack or throw it where no one can catch it

Thank God it's correctable.

It was clearly a terrible decision, but the line had no clue what to do.

The Gints showed how to block a screen about 4 minutes after that abortion.

Nothing more than a mistake by an inexperienced QB.

Keep in mind, it was an inexperienced QB that was inserted into a tuff NFC east monday night game with first place on the line.

I was wondering why they didn't call a hold on that play. It's not like it cost us the game, but seriously!!!

Jones was totally held. in fact there was a ton of holding in that game, guess the refs decided they werent gonna call a tight game tonight.

Since when are four year veterans all of a sudden rookies?

Rookie as far as playing time....come on get serious...did you expect him to perform as a 4 year QB that has been in the league PLAYING for 4 years?

He's not a rookie, but there is not better experience than a regular season start. He needs game time experience, like everyone else gets.

Babe Laufenbergs underhand pass when he was being sacked was pretty bad. The in the clutch rule sucks.

romo made the mistake of "assuming" referees saw what he saw. he will learn not to make such assumptions. that's what i love about romo. he has room to learn.

time to burn bledsoe and take our lumps with tony. why delay the inevitable. bledsoe will never deliver anything of value. tony has potential - and the sooner he is mined the sooner he will yield up whatever he has.

he's been in the system long enough that nobody can complain the team is rushing him. the future is now.

He was totally held. No flag.

That argument I will accept but not the "he's just a rookie" argument because he isn't. Allegedly he is ready to play because he has sat around for four years learning.
