What safety do you not want at 58?

Chances are probably like 70% we take a safety, who do you not want at 58 and why? And who would you take at 90 if we have a can't pass dropping player we draft at 58 i.e. Simmons or something.

I don't want any safety that's projected to drop past #58

Adderley. Not a huge fan.

Deionte Thompson.

Jaquan Johnson or Marquis Blair. Don’t think they’d go that high, but they’ve been mocked to Dallas and I hope we don’t get desperate and reach if all the good safeties go early.

What's it going to be then, eh?

did he even run a 40?
I don't believe he did. He had a wrist injury, so that shouldn't have been an issue.

Just seems like he has been trying to hide his lack of athleticism.

I don’t want that “falls” to 58. I want to go up and get a safety.

Thompson
Rapp

With all of the other guys, I feel I would be least happy with them.

I can start-Jbell's is Juan Thornhill
Lol, I updated the thread and softened my stance on him a bit. I can be sold on just about all the second round safeties.

My rankings goes as follows:

Tier 1:
Chancey Gardner Johnson
Darnell Savage
Nasir Adderly

Tier 2:
Juan Thornhill
Taylor Rapp
Jonathan Abram

Tier 3:
Deionte Thompson

I like the more versatile guys who can play FS/SS/Slot over the safeties that can only play one safety spot.
CGJ, Adderly, and Savage can do it all. Thornhill can play multiple positions as well, but I think he's better suited as a FS.

Abram and Rapp are strictly SS types with their limitations in coverage and Thompson is strictly an FS with his slight frame and inconsistency as a tackler. I wouldn't hate any of them at #58 assuming they get taken in that order, but I definitely prefer the versatile guys first.
