I note that Jerry Jones has stated that Adam will need more than talk to be re-instated. What do you folks think he needs to do specifically in order to demonstrate his contrition? My own sense is that he first needs to stay out of the strip clubs and avoid some of his former "posse" ( if it is former ). In addition to that, I would suggest some public involvment in a positive social cause. If he can genuinely demonstrate a better attitude, then he may have a shot.

if he can make a personal effort to stop new pacman threads in cowboys and titans forums for a week, he should be reinstated ONLY IF he succeeds.

Hes supposed to go to counseling, stay out of clubs, and not get arrested. The community service and fact he is working out preparing to do his job also bode well. Really there is not much else he can do.

Jerry is just saying that to drive down Jones perceived value. it is true and its awesome that he is saying this after Jones said he wasnt going to reapply. Its very very obvious that the two are in cahoots and I imagine Bud is steaming pissed.

1. Quit beating up strippers.

2. Quit going to strip clubs.

3. That includes "Gentlemen's clubs".

4. Quit hanging out with low-life thugs, I don't care if he was your "Boy" growing up, right now he's just costing you your career cuz he can't behave like a civilized human being.

5. Quit acting like and/or being a thug himself.

6. Give lots of money to charity.

7. Go visit a few teriminally ill children and, with sincerity, try and make them feel better.

8. Make all of the above a permanant change in his life.

1. Become low key... stay out of the media's eye.

2. As the other poster stated, stay out of all clubs regardless of what kind they are (not including health clubs obviously :))

3. Do some positive acts like visiting schools or whatever and talking about his past actions in a way that shows he blames himself for the bad decisions he made and not to make the same mistakes.

4. Be prepared for when he applies for reinstatement to state that he knows it was his fault for his actions and has truly made a change in his life. Then apologize for his actions in being unprofessional and not a positive role model for the NFL.

Of course if he had done all of these things during his suspension (instead of trying to be a UFC type fighter and frequent clubs), he might have already been reinstated.

Now he will have to deal with questions concerning the genuineness of his actions.
