What Should Romo's Ideal Playing Weight Be?

There seems to be much concern about Romo's weight here in the twilight zone. Is he healthy enough to be a good leader? Has he gained too much weight? Does his skin color indicate he's been downing too many cheeseburgers and donuts? Maybe more weight will help him absorb the hits better . . . . . . . . . .

A google search for his player bio will show that he is 6' 2" and 230 pds.

What should his IDEAL weight be going into the season if he is to maximize his potential as the QB of America's Team?

Slurs have RG3's ripped up knee to worry about and Dallas worry about Tony eating all the pies. Offseason you are my nemesis.

Seriously. 230 is a tad heavy. Wouldn't be if he had a low body fat percentage but you can look at him and see that isn't the case.

For his height, a questionable 6'2, he should be around 215 to 220. Being the gym rat he is.
