What the Cowboys should do is trade as many "me first" individuals as possible and replace them with high character team players. Guaranteed money has removed the fear of being cut, for the most part, and reliability is paramount.

That worked pretty well with Pacman!

Pacman never "kicked ***" on Sundays. He showed up, but wasn't even in the same atmosphere as Irvin.

Irvin had the leadership, and the fire that every WR should have. Oh how I miss him.
