What three players need to be cut next?

I think really all you need to do is trade one of these players that will finish sending the message to the players, no longer are the cowboys organization and jerry jones going to put up with griping, lazy attitude, poor work ethic, etc.

So he has a weakness with shotgun snaps (that we all already knew about for a long time). You want to blame him? Blame the coaches for not correcting the problem. Or for continuing to go out of the shotgun when they know he's not great with shotgun snaps.


But moving him to a position that he has proven he can't play would be stupid.

You must have been on a shutdown for several years if you think Gurode would be more effective at OG. We tried that before and he didn't do too well. He is a pro-bowl Center who has some problems with the shotgun at times.

Cutting Flozell Adams would b a phenomenally bad idea unless w have someone that can step in and play LT right away. It is painfully obvious that that player is not currently on the roster.

Why do 3 players need to be cut?

I'd be content with Ellis getting shown the door. I think Adam said the team could save 5 million with that. Not that the team is in dire need of cap room but it would give the team a little bit of space to potentially fill some of the more pressing holes.

I don't really have any sort of dislike for Gregg but the team spent a pick on his replacement and it is time make that pick work. Hes also another year older and had a really slow start to last season. Time to move on, IMO.

Cause he is cheap... and can be a serviceable kick returner at times where as the following don't have much to offer the team except a cap hit:
