I would like to do a poll but I don't know how. If a mod want to change this so it's in a poll format that would be cool.

Pick the best draft in the last 10 years. Then, Grade the drafts from each year. Seems like something we can do to pass the time till the next draft.

Also, pick your top 10 players and your bottom 10 players.
Red is bad, Blue are good picks.

Sorry, but how you could choose to leave two Pro Bowl players, (Gurode and Adams) who were drafted over 5 years ago and still on the team, off of the "good picks" list and leave Ellis (who has never even sniffed a Pro Bowl) on destroys any credibility that this list could have possibly carried. Don't get me wrong, I like Ellis. I tired of his whining last season about his role (before he realized he could actually do it!), but the fact remains that he's been nothing more than a pedestrian pass rusher on a team that (until Ware came along) couldn't find a sack in a supermarket checkout stand.

It took a while for Adams and Gurode to reach a Pro Bowl level, but facts are facts. They've been there. Ellis has never even been close. Let's keep in mind, also, WHERE these guys were drafted. 2nd round for both Gurode and Adams. Ellis? 8th OVERALL pick. I'd hardly call that a "good pick" in comparison to either Gurode OR Adams.

Just ugly. It's like choosing between Roseanne Barr and Bea Arthur.

Well, Whitley is gone already. Weatherington is in the arena league and that does not count. Jones and Barber should be equal. Myers is still a solid player in the league.

'05 for best all around. Berry-O would still be on this team if he could have stayed healthy.

you cant compete with the talent we got in that draft. if Bero hadnt gotten hurt he'd be here to. Petitti played every game as a rookie, and had it not been for columob, he would have still be the starter. everybody else plays a huge a role on this team

this is where you lost all credibility in my mind, he had a few bad games last year and you call him a bad pick!! He is a starter as a 4th round pick and has had a near probowl season! dont' be so quick to call someone a bad pick especially when the value on that pick has been above average!!

2002 We got Roy and Gurode; 2 out of 3 first day picks. 2003 on we got 10 out of 12 first day picks as either good or very good; and two Pro Bowlers in Ware and Witten. 2004 was not a good one due to Rogers and Peterman. The reason we have a playoff team NOW is that we have built one in the last 5 years. And only 9 starters are not home grown. When you look at the roster turnover since 2002, the fact that we have drafted WELL stands out.

I really thought I had Gurode down as a good pick but with Adams I left him off because he did make quite a few mistakes that hurt our Offense when we needed him the most. False starts, holding stuff like that that stopped drives. Don't get me wrong, I still like him but I had to stop at 10. Ellis had noboy on the other side of him for years. He never had any help over ther and he was still very good.
