What was up with Dak and Zeke backfield exchange dances?

Haven't heard this mentioned yet by anyone, but I also admit I haven't scanned the board.

Three different times I thought I saw Dak trying to hand off one way, and Zeke trying to take the ball from the other side.

Was it just me? Sure looked discombobulated.

What did you expect? You have two rookies playing. I'm surprised we haven't seen it more. You see these type of mistakes even only having one rookie in the backfield.

1. Just looking for confirmation that I saw what I thought I saw.

2. If you're asking me why I thought it remarkable, I have seen it happen once in a game before, not twice, and definitely not 3x.

Sometimes Dak is reading the ends and deciding if he's going to keep it or hand it off to Zeke. Zeke doesn't know when or not if that is going to happen so when it's in his hands he wants to take it.

Speaking of our backfield rookies, I heard that Zeke fumbled on his first carry of the second half but fell on it right away. I don't remember seeing that. Did anybody see it?

He's not talking about the zone read

He talking about Dak handing it off one way and Zeke looking like he should be running the other way

Zeke is right on those plays. Dak has no clue what he's doing.

They're both pretty dumb

The rest of the guys on offense are running around as if it's supposed to be a pass play

I wondered the same thing.

It's like sometimes Dak is getting the snap from center and opening up left and Zeke is taking the handoff to the right. Then I thought it might just be by design but it looks so weird. Lol

The one from this past Cleveland game, you can clearly see Dak pointing to the LDE position after the play to Zeke.....our line all blocked left which says "zone run left"
