What were your impressions of Prescott

How do you think he faired his first start?

Played like a young backup QB. Some good, some bad. Didn't target Dez enough. Didn't run when he had the opportunity. Need Dez and Beas to make those two touchdown throws.

I'd have to see the tape but I didn't like that he wasn't challenging the defense just all short throws

He needs to catch his passes, evidentially.

I don't think he's ready. His passes while under pressure were pretty inaccurate. Also if he's going to go for Beasely mid range he needs to adjust for Beasely's height.

Impressive in the sense it was his first game but not much else other than that. He's got limitations to his game that I don't know will ever not be an issue. The reason why we couldn't run the ball was because Dak couldn't throw the ball down the field. You can chalk it up now as a rookie and that's okay but he wasn't very good at in college either.

I was pleased with Prescott. He didn't turn the ball over. He looked like he belonged.

Played solid. Didn't get help from his wide receivers and was limited by horrid play selection. Witten is great but he is old and slow and should never run screens to him

I thought he played well. would have liked to see some deeper shots down the field. would have liked to see him run a few more times.

More good than bad, and I don't think the play calling did him any favors.

I would like to see him use his legs more though. Seemed like there were quite a few times where he could have ran and decided not to.

He played solid. Played better in the first half than the second but it wasn't all his fault. The running game sucked and those penalties are killers.

C+, his passes were high most of the game but he played better than any backup we had last year.

Solid. On some pressure he did throw behind his targets just a bit. Dez didn't help him. Gotta bounce back next week.

He was the best Cowboy player today and that is sad....

He played well. I think there's a future with him but it's evident Romo gives us the best chance to win.
