1) Let PacMan, Tank, Ellis and anyone else who wants to cry and complain or cause drama during the offseason go.

2) Trade Romo, big salary hit I know, I don't care, after his post game comments I have come to realize neither does he.

3) Trade TO, test the waters for a MB3 trade.

4) Pick up a serviceable QB in the off season through FA and any OL we can afford.

5) With our draft picks acquired through trades and our current picks, pick up a QB, OLine, Saftey, Pass Rusher to replaces Ellis, another CB and a stud FB.

6) Kiss Wade Phillips goodbye and clean house. Hire a coach and let HIM pick his staff

7) Require Roy Williams (WR) to practice every day for 8 hours a day during the offseason.

Hire a real head coach
Draft 2 olinemen that can actually block someone
Draft a safety who makes plays
Get more athletic at LB
Dump Pacman, Henry, Flozell, Ellis, Tank and Hamlin
Find a solid backup QB
