If you were forced to leave your state, never to be able to return, what would you miss the most? Answers in picture form and state where you live.........can't use family or taxes as an answer :)

Texas is too big a state to name just one thing I would miss....

KreuzPitMeat21.jpg

I'd miss trying to decide which BBQ joint to eat at, Kruez in Lockhart or City Market in Luling

Federal District...still working on that statehood part. Been riding the Metro Bus (no school buses in DC) since I could walk and many odd stories on the old 70 bus that can't repost here :)

The lack of humidity and the always present sunshine. 300 days of sunshine a year here in Colorado with out excessive heat. I spent a few years in Indiana for my job, and I couldnt believe how it was always somewhat cloudy, it would be 90 degrees outside and still no sunshine in site. The weather here really is pretty great, its too bad the cost of living etc is going down hill each year with all the liberals migrating here.

Spare some change...:D?

Not a State but if I ever moved away from Scotland it'd be the food. Mostly breakfast stuff:
Square Sausage

Stornoway Black Pudding and Tattie Scones

and of course Haggis

Get all of that on a well fired roll with some bacon and a couple of fried eggs and wash it down with a glass bottle of this for a proper breakfast of kings.

The pictures of that BBQ has me extremely hungry. 8 hours into shift, and no lunch break. Thanks :)

Born and raised. It's really not that bad.

I took it you didn't like with the "Ahhhh Kansas" in your profile bc was curious as to what state you were referring to. All good, never been but would if opp presented itself (College BBall).

I would miss the people and culture of Mississippi. I would rather leave the country before moving out of the South.

The proximity to so many other diverse cities... Two-Four hours in any direction and I'm in a totally different climate, culture, and scenery, with lots of things to appreciate about each of them.
