If this has been discussed i apologize, but would you give up a future first and a third for Mariota? I would love to see this guy under center for the cowboys. Learning from Romo. Opinions?

it's too early, Romo will play next year and maybe the year after.

The skins gave three! first rds and a second for Griffin

you can't sit a QB with that much assets laid out

just too early,mainly

He's probably better, but this question was asked 2 years ago regarding g Geno Smith and the last year regarding Manziel.
Just sayin

Not that that I wanted either guy, but in the end Dallas could have had either QB without trading picks. I don't think that will be the case with Mariota. He will be gone before Dallas picks and I don't think a 1st and 3rd as the OP suggested would be enough to get him. Unless the OP meant two 1st round picks(counting their 2015 1st rounder) and a 3rd.

It would cost a fortune to move up for Mariota, but we could get lucky if Winston slid a little. who I think will be a better pro.

Nothing, I don't trust the guys that come out of that type of college offense

Plus I have no idea how to evaluate a player outside of the obvious studs like Payton Manning and Andrew Luck

Not much. Like many have said before Qbs from that type of offense don't usually fair well in the nfl. He is not even close to a Peyton Manning who is the type of qb I would trade up for.

Nothing. I do think we need to get a QB in round 2 or 3 but I wouldn't mortgage the whole team for one. Romo has another year left at least IMO so we need a good backup but we're not in desperate need.
