The division will be competitive throughout as it oft is. Any team could finish last and any team could finish first but the odds are in favor of the Giants, Cowboys and Eagles to make the playoffs. I don't put the Skins that far behind.

That come preseason time that everyone picks us to finish last. Giants seem to be hosting some good folks plus they have a 1st and 2 second rounds picks. Eagles have 2 1st and a second and a ton of cap room. Skins have a high 1st and have already improved their defense. We have no 1st and Jerry has said we will not be players in FA.

Who cares? Most picked as as S/B faves last year...what did that get us?! We already have more "paper talent" than the rest of the East & the draft and free agency probably won't change that. What matters is when they hit the field this spring/summer that they come together as a team...they do that and I'll guarantee that we'll be atop the division!

I don't think it really matters, one way or another, we're either going to do well, like we should, or we'll flop badly like we did this last year and it doesn't make one bit of difference if we're picked to finish first or last in regards to how we actually finish.

It's still early, but right now, I say the Eagles are the team to beat. However, the Giants are the best team. They will address their WR situation and get a pass rusher back. The Eagles beat NY twice in NY, so they are the team to beat, imo.

The Cowboys and Commanders are looking up, imo.

We'll see what the Cowboys can do to improve. If they make some key moves, strategic moves, and improve, they can compete. We'll see.

This is a team that gets too full of themselves when they are picked to win the whole thing. But when they are an afterthought, that's when it takes a shot at their pride and they play better than expected.

As I keep saying, Jerry has got the new stadium. People are going to show up to watch the Cowboys. There's no reason to bring anymore unwarranted attention to the team. The roster has 12-4 talent, but unfortunately they have a 6-10 mental toughness.

Let's lurk for a year and see who on the team takes it as a shot at themselves and their livelihood and who cannot raise their level of play for whatever reason.
