He arrived in Dallas the same year (1973) that Drew Pearson did. He started opposite Bob Hayes in 73 and looked like he would become what Drew Pearson became.
Stowe reminded me of Paul Warfield. In 73 he caught 23 passes for 389 yards and led the team with 6 TD's.
He averaged 16.9 ypc that season and completely vanished after that. I always wondered whatever became of him.
