Just keepin up with tradition here. Whats everyones menu tonight? I will be putting the ribs on the smoker in a couple of hours. The beers are on ice and the wings are marinating. Hopefully i wont want to throw it all up at the end of the night in disappointment lol. Maybe i will have to pick up some of stephens "secret sauce". So whats on the menu guys??? Four racks of ribs that have been wrapped in saran wrap with Grub Rub for 24 hours. Some homemade venison sausage, baked sweet potatoes(yuck) and some veggies for those who are less than meat-lovers

Dessert - bread pudding with a bourbon sauce(no raisins)!
