I guess the positive here is that our backups get more reps in garbage time preseason....

Honestly what's with the scouts and them finding soft players? Like Mo and Carter? I don't understand it

Only chemistry with your teammates who you will need to know well since Scandrick will be out. And we have no pass rush.

No big deal.

He is not a rookie, any time missed is bad but like many other teams they will not risk a player with a minor injury in training camp and pre season games.

good news is that we made a conscious decision to go away from players like that in the draft, all the players we drafted can play physical football.

i just dont get our team throwing away high draft pick to move up in the early rds, this has contributed mightily for our talentless roster.we just have to really go BPA is the next few drafts .

Moving up to get a guy you have rated as a high impact player is not a bad thing.

I get tired of people evaluating such strategies based on a bad outcome. I want a team that swings for the fences rather than looks to bunt

The culture when they arrive in Dallas is probably what is more of an issue than their past.

Nice way to ignore the entire point of what I posted.

Claiborne basically has not started, full time, in quite a while. Any time he spends knowing how the safeties are going to have his back is never a bad thing.

You'll get one that's 8-8, and you'll like it.

As I said any time missed is bad but you still do not take a guy with a minor injury and run him out there. There is more to lose than to gain. Other teams seem to understand that too bad our over reaction backward thinking fans don't. No you would have him out there practicing until a minor issue became a much bigger one, real smart.

Yet look at how they do when they don't swing for the fences and stay put in the draft. You end up with players like Tyron Smith, Frederick, Martin, etc.

You still living in Austin?
I'm going to be in town a couple of times during the season.

I'm going to need some friends to watch some games with while I'm there.
Pm me when you're in town. Never a dull moment in the atx.
