What's the loudest Cowboys home stadium crowd you can recall?

for me, 1993 NFC Championship Game, everyone for as far as I could see stood up the entire friggin game, I've never heard of that happening before or since and that was especially unusual from a generally passive crowd that doesn't usually like people standing up in front of them

there used to be quite a few game highlights from texas stadium on youtube that showed it rocking.

they have deleted them though.

my personal experience watching them on tv since 1975 is that when we play division opponents..they rock..

The home playoff game in 2008 vs. the Eagles nearly made me go get my hearing checked. My ears literally hurt.

By the way (and I've said this so many times), TV broadcasts are no way to gauge crowd noise. It was funny, during the 49ers/Seahawks game this past weekend, they cut off the mic to the crowd for a few seconds and just had the announcers on. It was so quiet, and then they turned the crowd back on and there was an abrupt increase in crowd noise. The crowd noise you hear on TV is not based on the mic from the announcers. It can be turned up, or down, or completely off as the TV crew so chooses.

The picture that is my avatar is from the First game in the new stadium vs the Giants. 105,121 people. It was the loudest thing I have ever heard.
