Whats the market for Crowder?

With realistically losing Zack and Burnett..that will leave us Bobby as ILB. Enough said.

Obviously that ILB position needs to be bolstered. Channing Crowder comes to mind. What will the market be on him? He's a tackling machine and still only 25. I know we arn't big players in FA, but he could really help with that ILB position, allowing us to focus on other needed postitions like S,O-line,DL in the draft. We could still draft a Clay Mathews in the 3rd or move up to get him since the ILB postition is already taken care of. Just some thoughts..is a attainable?

A very good friend of mine is a Dolphin fan. We spoke this morning and I asked about Crowder. He said Crowder is a nut case and really hopes Crowder doesn't come back next year. I was surprised by this but that is an honest statement from a true Dolphin fan.

Isn't he the one that admitted, last year, that he didn't know people spoke english in London?

Also, he got ejected for getting in a fight with Matt Light (which, from what I saw, they should have both been ejected, but that's another story).

I'd agree he's a basket case.

All Crowder does is run his mouth. He's a nice player that someone will overpay for because he's still young, but he's not a difference making player.

I have a Dolphin fan friend too and he said just about the same thing. Crowder is a tackle machine yes but he also opens his mouth at the wrong time (see the London game a few years ago) Some of his antics were overshadowed by Porters big mouth. Crowder has some football dumb in him (aka unsportsmanlike penalties at the worst time), we don't need anymore of that garbage.

I know he had several knee problems in college, that was all I could come up with.
