Don't sweat it! Still plenty of time for major changes in the standings. Here's one scenario ...
Dallas
I believe Dallas will bounce back on it's feet. Uncertain when, but I know Bill Parcels is a much better coach than what it appears.
Possible Strategy: Pace the Team and preserve health. Parcells and the Cowboys aren't setting the NFL ablaze thus far this year, but, injuries are minimized, players are pacing themselves; hence preventing early burnout, and Parcels may be waiting for the right time in the schedule to strike. Health will be a Key factor in the Cowboys road to a playoff stint.
Skins
The Skins have been flat out lucky – and theirs nothing wrong with a little unexpected intervention. But really though, one-point wins and tweak victories, missed game-endiNg field goals from the opponent team, giveaway games!
Possible Strategy: Gibbs will ride that luck train as long as it has steam! Gibbs 3-0 record is fuel for team momentum, and he’s Been there before, so he kows that winning is contagious! The longer the Skins keep that lucky streak going, with the help of some quality players like Moss, and Portis, the more dangerous they become and more difficult to stop. Gibbs is in a zone at the top of the mountain.
Giants
The giants are quietly moving through the NFC-East like a hurricane. Key players like Tiki Barber, Plaxico Buress, Eli Manning, Jeremy Shockey, Armani Toomer, and Michael Strahan are just the tip of the play-makers that they have. The question is, have they played anyone that are their match, and How will they hold up against a strong defense.
Possible Strategy: I think the Giants are trying to keep a lid on just how powerful they are. While the team probably haven’t come to full potential due to timing, rookie staff, and other unknown variables, I think they are a definite threat.
Eagles
The Eagles have shown resilience, patience and an awesome offensive/defensive strike capability. The team will play the full 60 minutes and strike back at every opportunity.
Possible Strategy: Any Reid and coaching staff seem to have been able to figure out defensive strategies that manipulate opponents. Andy will continue to use what works and rely on a super coaching staff to intimidate and penetrate opponent O-lines, while putting points on the scoreboard. More of the same.
Good hunting.
