How would that help this team the secondary and the ilb in coverage was the biggest issue not the dline

It was supposed to be last week. It can't be any later than tomorrow. Otherwise he would miss preparation for this week's games.

Thanks Hostile, I thought it was last week when the commissioner was suppose to decide.

As far as Tank Johnson helping us on a guys remarks, he can spell Ratliff and he will help us on run defense, he can also collapse the pocket and push the QB back into our linebackers Greg Ellis and Ware. That will help then on sacks too and pressure making QB throw before he wants too, which in turn may give us some more interceptions.

The commishioner was on vacation or something last week. He will rule sometimes this week. Look for him to shorten the suspension one week so Tank can play after the bye.

I thought the front 7 did a really good job yesterday until the 4th quarter when they got worn out.

I don't expect any suspension reduction, my mindset is Tank is suspended for eight weeks.

What player did Tank assault? There was no mention of such an action that I remember. Tank's problem seems to be he likes too many guns around his house.

Anyway last week the Commish stated he was busy and was putting off Tank decision until this week. Since it Monday morning about 11:00 AM EST, it's a little early to expect a result. If we lucky and since we lost yesterday, it possible Tank may got 1 game taken off his sentence which means he would be eligible to work out with the team after the bye week. I don't think it fair just because the week after next is our bye week, that week doesn't count against his 8 game suspension. If another team whose bye week is later, Tank would be eligible to play after the 8th week.

Pass rush always helps the secondary. Fooball 101.

He wanted to see if the Cowboys or the Patriots won. Since the Cowboys lost he *might* throw us a bone and let him back early. If we had beaten the Pats, he would have raised the suspension to 12 games.

I was talking about Joey Porter. (see link)

Once again, the commish shows his wisdom, in not doing anything about a case in which one NFL player assaulted another for 6 months, while handing out fines and suspensions left and right for things like smoking weed and pretending that the goalpost is an ATM.
