Are you still going to suggest we should sit Murray and play Tanner? Sheesh. Quit listening to the mediots and watch the games. They needed the OL to come together and to actually stick with the run. Balance is the key. We imposed our will on their defense today.

I not only appreciate the job Murray did, but also the job our OLine did !

You can't run without running lanes !

where has this murray been the last two years. hopefully this will be the murray we need to get on a winning streak. last week it looked like he left yards on the field but today he earned every one of them.

I hope this is a sign of what's to come but a big part of me feels like he's just really good against the Rams

well to be fair, it is obvious Murray has felt the heat this week and responded. You can see he was a little more patient and looked ahead alot more today.

Alot of truth in there, Murray was keeping his head up on all of his runs today, unlike earlier in the season.

It made a huge difference out there, and hopefully he continues to keep his head up using his vision instead of the head first pile driver we had seen the first 2 games. It made the biggest difference in this game, by far, along with improved safety play.

I love the player but he does not consistently run with vision and patience. So i stand by that criticism. Today he should be applauded for how he ran the ball. Great job today by #29 and the OL.

I love Murray, but have 2 complaints against him. First, he shredded me in my money league. Seriously, man, why wait until I'm matched up against you? :p
The other is that he's the only back I know that shifts back to 3rd gear when he breaks a run rather than hit overdrive. I wonder if he got hurt on a long run getting tackled from behind earlier in his career or something.

He played very well today. He ran with purpose & the OL was equally good.

I think even he would say he could do a better job of running to daylight as he did today.

He's a player the O needs.

He definitely looked good. But he still is the only back I see that will consistently tackle himself on long runs by either taking a dive or running out of bounds.

Murray and the OL had a good day....but Murray still found away to run into his own teammates 15yds down field when a simple cutback would of broke it wide open.....This team does look good when it runs the ball......Wonder whos call that was,......LOL

1) I'm right here. Murray still has poor vision.

2) never suggested starting Tanner.

3) YOU watch the games instead of just looking at the stats.

Same here. I mean 175 is 175, but can anyone really say they were impressed with Murray today? i know I found myself yeller at the sceen on many of his runs.

Yeah, Murray definitely appears to have a vision problem, but it looks to me like he literally has a problem with his eyesight. It appears he can't judge distances at close range. He seems to run into his own players because he is getting behind them to follow their blocking, but he can't tell they aren't moving at the time. He appears to run into players from the other team because he can't judge how close he is to them. That said, he's the best runner we have, and he had a great game today. No one's perfect, and I hope DeMarco runs us right into the Super Bowl, even if he bumps into a few of his own teammates on the way.
