Where are you with our draft needs following the Quinnen Williams trade

I think out of those top three, Id prioritize Edge and S. We have absolutely nothing on the back end. Edge, Ezeiruaku is really coming on, but I think if you want to maximize the effect of Williams you get Ezeiruaku a partner. Maybe visit/revisit a Bradley Chubb trade as a bridge

Agree, wouldn’t mind a veteran fa stop gap along with using a high pick at the position for edge. I need to see it to believe it that the team will take a high safety which they haven’t done in many years. A player like downs is available, they really need to consider taking him.

I could definitely see Downs. I just dont know if we will be that high to where he is a possibility. Williams probably doesnt put us in contention for a WC, but we will probably end up winning some games we wouldnt have. Without him we could have been a 6-7 win team. With him we might win 8 or 9. I can see us being 8-8-1 and around pick 15. Even being a S, I think that might be too late for Downs

Our schedule down the stretch is still very difficult and we still have major holes in our secondary. We aren’t going to win more than 6-7 games at the absolute most. Safety isn’t a priority position and they tend to fall, just look where Branch was taken and that nickel from Texas that Denver took

Reese or Downs would be awesome.

Woods, Howell, Bailey, Delane… there will be a legit defensive piece where we’re picking.

Another DE opposite Eazy E. Was hoping Kneeland would take the next step. But that appears unlikely this season.

LB - Hopefully Overshon looks good upon return.

CB - Diggs is likely gone. We will see how Revel looks once he starts playing. I believe Bland will be fine in the long run. But after that, it’s garbage.

S - I’d love to get a long term solution here.

Offensively:
OT - Unless someone starts turning the corner, we may even need two. Likely, we will add one.

TE - What do we even have here, really?

RB - We need to grab someone solid, either via the draft or free agency.

Free Safety should be the priority in FA

the only really good one in the college draft is Downs who is a top 10 pick at least and everyone else is second rd or lower and unlikely to be what we really need

Lots of DEs and LBs in this draft. Totally agree with the positions of need.

I am afraid Dallas is going to pass on linebacker help because of Wilson. I would love to Draft CJ Allen the Georgia mlb in the late first and get a safety in the second. But right tackle is also a critical need and I would take Lance Heard or a similar player in the second round if he’s the best player available at one of needed positions.

BPA at a position of need mostly defense but we do need at least 1 OT to replace Steele either good ROT or LOT and slide Guyton over to ROT
