With Garrett coaching this team it's going to be incredibly difficult.

The Rams game had more to do with poor coaching then anything. We came in with the same gameplan we had all year and McVay laughed.
Is that what you think happened. Wow. You don't think the veteran offensive line of the Rams ran through the youngest starting defense in the league. Because that's what happened don't dare blame it on the offense.

We had a top 5 run defense all season and the Rams used some pre-snap deception and the front 7 had no idea where the ball was.

Also, the Rams were awful at stopping the run and stuffed ours.

Please save the veteran Oline vs our poor undermanned young team stuff. The poor young defenders were top 5 against the run during the season.

But they were also vulnerable. You don't think 200 yards prove that. The experience was priceless. This quarterback took the youngest starting team in the league to the second round of the playoffs. And people slam him. It just makes me scratch my head and wondering if there's some underlying issue that I'm not understanding.

Was Roger Staubach the bets QB in the league when he won two SB's? How about Aikman when he won 3?

Here is the list of all of the SB QB's.

Can you say the best QB in the league won every year? Or even where they were ranked without looking it up?

So, as a poilitician once said, "What difference could it mpossibly make...."

Win the Super Bowl and Dak's status rises. But still there will be those even on this site who will make an altered Spags comment, "Well, he won one, but can he win two."

No slight to the OP who wroite the anchor post. But the final score of the Super Bowl has never listed the name and ranking of the starting quarterback, and yet the team still won.

Well don't you think that's exactly what happens to a young defense inexperienced. They never saw what was coming at them. Please stop it. You know as well as I do what happened put the blame where it belongs. A team that was weak at scoring in the red zone. And a defense that was vulnerable. That's why we play Smash Mouth football so we don't overexpose the young defense. When they turned Prescott loose against the Ravens Giants he was brilliant. Let's see what happens this season when he's no longer a quarterback in training. Three years he should have been sitting on the bench

I actually have a mini helmet set. With every Super Bowl winner up to date. I think it's pretty cool. It really shows you how many years in a row Pittsburgh San Francisco Giants Dallas dominated. I'm not a Green Bay fan in any way shape or form so don't let me mention them plz LOL

They put Sean Lee on the field and his head was spinning too.

Our linebackers who are some of the best in the league had no clue either.

Our defense had not look vulnerable. I don’t know where you’re getting this. Our defense was our strength last year. Specifically the front 7.

I think I lost my voice that game. I had a 26 inch console TV Sears. I actually smashed it when Smith dropped the ball in the Super Bowl against Pittsburgh. Too many freaking memories my cowboy brother. I don't think Prescott is the best quarterback in the world but I know what the alternative can be that's all I'm saying

I would like him to work on his intermediate pass over the linebacker before the corner. I'm not worried about his deep ball as much as that. I like his confidence I wish you was a little bit more gun-slinging. This season will truly tell me what we having a quarterback. Can't use the rookie excuse anymore. 3 years is enough of training

If a player is on the practice squad it doesn't count as a season.

Romo made the team in 2004, that's when the clock starts.

What? Romo was on the 53-man roster his rookie year (2003). Sean Payton didn't jump through all of those hoops just for shoots and giggles.

For a QB who started 16 games, 3000/20 are anemic numbers.

If you take into account that Romo didn't start till the 2006 season, the passing numbers are not even close. In just 10 games that year Romo threw for 2900 yards and 19 TDs, in just 10 games!

In other years Romo's numbers were closer to 4000 yards and 30 TDs a year. That's the numbers a good passing QB should be putting up in a passing league.

If Prescott is ever able to achieve this, Dallas will be perennial Super Bowl favorites and not just mere contenders.

We have been around this merry go round.

If Prescott could achieve Romo's passing numbers with this current defense Dallas would be favorites to win the Super Bowl, not just contenders.

Once again you assumed wrong and showed your Prescott and Romo biases.
