As a leader you shake it off...you get your line and receivers together (after the coaches do -- well here hopefully BEFORE they do), accept blame, and make sure they are mentally ready.

In addition you get the Defensive Captains psyched to help cover you for your mistake.

You don't sulk.

Leadership is important, no question. But I don't think it's something we as fans can ever really know.

i always believed that if you have doubts or have to question it then it's most likely an issue.

Basically, no one really knows anything about the Cowboys leadership, other than the quotes from players that get thrown out there. No one here is in the locker room, practices, meetings, film sessions, on the sidelines during games, etc to actually see if and what is being said.

All that is happening, is that our "fan" "base" is taking the results and saying "voila. Must be a lack of leadership" and running with it.

Because as we all know, Brady leadershipped his way to Super Bowl victories thrice... then suddenly, forgot how to leadership his team to victory. And Eli Manning has leadershipped his way to the Super Bowl twice over Brady's Patriots.
