Where Is the Media Scrutiny of the Eagles?

Do they get a free pass because of Sanchez playing?

Pretty sure if it was reversed and Dallas blew out Philly to go to 9-3 and was staring at a 1 seed, then loses its next 3 straight, 2 being at home, and eliminated from the playoffs all in 3 weeks, media would rip this team apart. And talk about our Decembers.

Just wondering why we are the only ones who ever got this treatment? Teams fall apart every single year. But they just gloss over it.

Feels great to be on that other side this year! 3-0 in December and really, we dominated every game. I know the scores of the Eagles/Bears games were close but we dominated them if you watched.

I just thought there would be more scrutiny to the Eagles. Can't stand that team or Chip Kelly.

Once the Eagles stop winning, they become irrelevant. The Cowboys are ALWAYS relevant, whether winning or losing.

I found it interesting that the last highlight the Sunday Night Football crew showed in their pre-game show was the ... Cowboys victory over the Colts.
They teased this highlight because they know that fans (and there are many Cowboys fans) are waiting to see highlights of the game.

When our fans realize that we are the biggest draw, regardless, then they'll stop getting offended by perceived slights. It's all about da Benjamins. Philly may have a famous Benjamin in its history, but Dallas is famous for DRAWING the most Benjamins.

Well, if the Cowboys folded like that it would be four straight years of coming up short in December. It's kind of a little more of a trend than one year.

I love when the media tried to prop up Nick Foles. He's trash and will have Chip Kelly running back to college. His style is not sustainable in the NFL.

I felt like I was losing my mind this Summer when all the local talk show hosts were talking like it was a no brainer that Nick friggin Foles was the best QB in the division.

I remember the QB envy threads I read here about Foles. Griffin too.

This division consists of Romo, then Eli and then a bunch of guys. They don't even deserve to be named with the other two.

Michael Irving ripped them a new one on the NFL game post game show. But he is a Cowboy that doesn't really count.

That always counts because you best believe if the roles were reversed Herm Edwards, Brian Dawkins, Eric Allen or any other ex-Eagle that is on TV would be ripping the Cowboys.
