Where to go from here?

1) I truly do believe that Jason has his fingerprints all over this offense. I think he did not like seeing Kellen have success and he wanted his part in it. Go back and watch our first three games. We didn't run on first down as much as we did. Spare me the injury excuse. This is the old Cowboys on offense.
2) Defense is horrible. Just have major money to Tank and Jaylon. They have done nothing at all. Awuzie needs to sit. At least play the Lewis kid. He made a big play when it mattered.

At this point I really don't care. If they make the playoffs Garrett is coming back. If they miss it I think they might make a change. Personally think Philly comes in and beats them next week. They just aren't prepared at all.

I was thinking that way until someone pointed out that the D has gotten worse since he got here, and that appears to be the case.
It actually got better last year after he arrived. No idea what’s going on now.

What's the plan for this team? I mean honestly, what is our plan? This team has lost 3 in a row. I'm not throwing anyone under the bus because no one on this team has particularly stuck out to me. No one has executed to the best of their abilities. Everyone on this team looks depressed and borderline suicidal on the sidelines. They have no will to win. They have no passion. They have no energy. They have no team morale. This team looks like they hate everything Dallas related. Where do we go and what do we do?
Remainder of the schedule is as follows:

Eagles
BYE
@NYG
Vikings
@Lions
@Patriots
Bills
@Bears
Rams
@Eagles
Washington

Jets were a must win for this team and they blew it. They blew it against a 0-4 team. This team is going to get steamrolled against teams like Minny, NE, and the Lions. We're 6-10 at best. Even if we somehow made it into the playoffs, is it worth it going to the playoffs to get steamrolled and pushed back a draft pick? I know everyone called me crazy and/or stupid last week for saying we should tank, but has anyone changed their mind? What would be the consequences of tanking? Do you guys honestly think it's worth it to go 8-8 and get a middle of the road draft pick when we could pick top 10 or even top 5? We are going to get massacred by some of these teams. Our starters are dropping like flies. Why don't we test the depth of our offense and defense in some of these games and see truly what we need to draft? Thoughts?
Last year we were 3-5 at one point.
Somehow someway survive next Sunday night and lick our wounds in the off week. Re- group. Take the division

The team isn't good.

But they are not going to tank.

great question.
I hope...like everyone else....we go to a home win over those damn eagles.
its up to them.
we'll see.

Last year, that 3-5 team still tried to play with passion. They had a fire lit in every game, despite losing. I don't get that feeling from this team. This team feels like it's under a hex. Also, even if we somehow 'take the division' will it really be worth it when we end up getting curb stomped in the WC game?

There is just plain nowhere to go with Garrett at the helm. The team is done. They have absolutely no game plan at all.
I agree...Garrett has been given every opportunity more than most HCs would in this league,to price he can get that team over the ridge. Unless some miraculous odd of odds turn around happens,I can’t see them getting far In postseason with that roster. The D doesn’t have the bodies for it. Simple as that...we don’t. Wish we did,realky wanted THIS year to be a good one and thought it would be going in. Very disappointed to see this 2017 three game cliff dive headfirst over again....wow. I didn’t see them doing that one again. Did you guys?

If Barkley comes back in time for the game in NYC I could very easily see us losing that game. The way this team is playing, we might win 3 of those games?

I can't think of anyone on the coaching staff that should be safe. As far as where we go from here the team needs to be blown up and we fans need to go to the liquor cabinet

They go nowhere.
They've been in this mediocrity purgatory for over 20 years. Now, it's part of their DNA. When rookies come in, they're coached to not lose, which is different from coaching/playing to win.
No one on this team knows how to win.
.
IMO, this won't change until new blood is infused, from the GM on down to the 53rd player on the depth chart.
However, we all know who the GM is.....So....

Sure looks like it.
Doesn’t it though? I’ve been thinking that for weeks now. No spirit at all....no pep in their step,just guys going through the X’s and O’s. Something is going on we don’t know about. I know that much,but I think that’s what’s going on,or they know they don’t have the guys and are swimming upstream and lost faith in it.

Due to the Rams game and what has followed since, I don't believe the players believe in the system any more.

Has anyone on this team ever been on a championship team, where he learned how to be a champion?
