I'm a Firefighter/paramedic working 24 hours, just hoping we don't get any calls so I can watch the entire game. Probably won't happen.

Im going to guess you are not the only one that has a "cowboys room", but what exactly is it? Are your family members allowed to enter? Is everything in there co-ordinated with the cowboys color scheme?

Also is the chilli home made? I am experimenting with some recipes and different meat combinations. Whats your recipe?

yes i went with silver walls with blue trim. Alot of Cowboys stuff and ordered 2 cowboys big boy recliners. 47 inch LG lcd tv with sunday ticket. My family is welcomed except my wife when the game is on (she is bad luck). My brother (bigboy63) is always welcome and as far my homemade chili the only meat i use is beef. It has a secret combo of spices and some ghost peppers so it is hot( just the way i like it).

You have to try ground pork some time. Also stake cubes are supposed to be good, I have yet to try it. I make pulled pork a lot too. but seriously give me the recipe.

Doesn't your wife get mad?

I was going to buy cowboy recliners but I ended up buying a giant oversized lazboy recliner instead.

i use green peppers, onions, chopped jalapenos and ghost peppers, a splash of hot sauce, dark and light beans, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder and a spice/rub that i make.

as far as my wife she gets over it. I just tell her to go shopping.

i was going to get the couch too, but have no way to get it in the room.

I think there's an old chili thread in the OT zone you shoul try to look up. I think quite a few people posted their recipes.

As for the original thread topic. I might spin off the chili thought and go with frito pie.

I'll be watching in my living room with my 65" HD. Trying to decide if this game was surround-sound worthy.
