Where's the nasty?

No I wasn't. I still revere Teague.

Every time I mention Jacobs on the star what do you guys say? "Stop him from scoring."

Well, which is it? Make up your mind.

I am telling you that I would not take Harrison because of penalties, fines, and SUSPENSIONS. The Steelers just lost a chance to take their division because he had to sit a game. Is that worth the hits he delivers to you?

It isn't to me. Especially to a scrub QB on a team drafting in the top 5.

First off all I'm not part of you guys, question, when was the last time we had a feared defender? I'll answer that Roy Williams.

Who here would trade Ware for Harrison???

That's what I thought.......shut up and be happy we have the best NFL defensive player!!!

He is also the face of a defense that has won 2 and been in 3 and his play against the cardinals may have been the difference in the game.

You keep bringing up flags and suspension like that's the only he brings to the table.

I got a fact for you, before the no-gb championship game, saints defenders were told to hit Favre everything they could penalty or not. They figured if they could make him uncomfortable then it was worth a few 15 yarders and it worked. Sometime you need to send a message to rest of the league, that you're not a soft team
Uh, you might want to check your facts.

New Orleans has only been to one Super Bowl and Favre wasn't the Packers QB and they didn't face the Packers for the right to go it was the Vikings. That game went to Overtime and Minnesota never touched the ball in OT. Hitting Favre had nothing to do with winning the game.

I agree with you about Harrison , but wouldn't you like players with attitudes like Ray Lewis , Charles Haley or Randy White ? We do not have a player that puts fear in other teams . Ware is a great player ,but he is just too nice . He will pull up to keep from hitting a QB too hard . I would like some nasty attitde , but not dirty attitude .

Hitting Favre had nothing to do with winning the game? They murdered Favre in that game and certainly got in his head. That may have lead to the interception that made the game go to overtime. It took Brett a long time to recover from that game. This team needs a few players who are a bit nasty and full of fire for sure. We have a team chocked full of weak minded players and that needs to change or we will continue having epic failure games. We only have 4 guys with fire right now... Dez, Holley, Sammy Morris, and Ware has a little.

I absolutely agree with the notion this team needs someone who brings the wood.

For those asking who was New England's nasty--Rodney Harrison..curiously they don't happen to have one now.

Baltimore-Ray Lewis

We know who the Steelers enforcer is.

Green Bay has Matthews isn't dirty...but no one plays with more intensity.

When you watch the Cowboys...it's a bearhug tackle and help the guy up mentality.

The score was tied in regulation. Had Minnesota won the coin toss they could have won the game. Had Minnesota not had 2 penalties give New Orleans first downs they could have stopped them and given Favre another shot.

Yeah you're right, but you know what I meant.

Lets just end it on this, you like soft, nice, just tackle don't hurt him defenses and I don't.

Actually, I don't. I simply think the idea of Harrison is awful.

I have never once said we couldn't use some attitude. In fact I brought up my displeasure over Jacobs dancing on the star.

Maybe if you would actually read instead of assume that just because I disagree on one thing I want something else. Or is that asking too much? Because I wouldn't want to burden you with a difficult task such as reading.

Ratliff is an anomoly on this team....I could show you about a dozen examples of the exact opposite from last week's game alone...it's almost like they wanted to brush Vick off after every hit.

I'll settle for a half dozen.

We do it more than most. I rarely see the Steelers and Ravens helping people up.

How many super bowl rings does "T-Sizzle" have again?

Where did HIS Ravens defense ranked since he's been in the league?

Go watch when he called out Ward to suit up and play in the game they had IN PITTSBURGH..
Do you think Ware would ever do such a thing like call out B.Jacobs and dare him to show up? NOT A CHANCE!!!!

I am a fan of Ware like you or maybe more...but let's state facts as they are..

I agree, now here's some attitude from Jason Tuck.

This is a football board, go to a .edu or something if you're looking for that.

"That" being functional communications skills? One of us definitely needs to go to a .edu site... but it ain't me, chuckles.

How do you expect to be taken seriously if you write like a 5th grade special needs student? I mean ***** dude, you wrote "were's" - like it's a lycanthropic possessive noun. Setting aside the post topic sounds like something out of the motion picture Nell.

You are writing something you want others to read. We shouldn't need a Rosetta Stone : ****** Edition to decipher it.
