Which Cowboys records do you think could be broken this season? Or perhaps even NFL records (Career, Single Season, Game records etc)

I'll go with Witten eclipsing the Cowboys Single-Season TIGHT END Touchdown record, thus leaving all TE single season records in his hands. Currently held by Billy Joe Dupree (9 TDs in 1978). I'll go onboard saying Witten will wind up with 10 TDs in this system.

Below is a list to go by, I don't have the most updated one however (ala doesn't McBriar now hold punting record?) But feel free to go by position records as I did above if you want. If anybody has a more thorough list please post.

As posted before by someone else, I think White's TD and Passing Yard records may go down as well. I would say Romo will at least eclipse the Season TD mark (if not both).

Grab your crystal ball...

Oh yeah, forgot my bold prediction of Demarcus Ware taking down enough QBs to take down the NFL single-season sack record  Hey, it could happen :starspin

Marion Barber only needs 10 TDs per game to beat Emmitt's career TD record!

Witten will get 6 or 7 TDs, but I don't think there are enough passes to go around to get him the tight end record. He is also not really a force in the red zone or short yardage, so that will limit the number of TDs he gets.

With a full season, Romo may indeed close in on some passing records.

Punting (average) 45.4 Sam Baker, 1962

I predict Matt McBriar breaks this record. Wait, he already did last year with his 48.2 average.

Witten with 10 TD? That's lofty expectation.

I think if Romo plays like he did in his first five games, D. White's single season passing yards and TDs could be in jeopardy.

Ware have a good shot to eclipse the single season Sack total.

I'd like to see Mcbriar breaking single season punt avg.

I know Harvery Martin had 23 sacks in one season. Which Cowboy has the most single season sacks and how many since the NFL began officially recognizing the sack?
