Excluding guys we drafted.

This one is easy for me. George Pickens is the obvious answer. But I'm also going with Solomon Thomas.

He gives us another legit rotational piece that we haven't had recently.

Thomas is gonna make a bigger impact than some think. Good signing. Pickens is sure going to get opportunities and he’s gonna be motivated for a big payday

I mean, better leaders to show these outcasts the way. And the pressure isn't as high for them here
Exactly.......since the GB playoff loss, it's obvious this team is screaming for leadership. Think about it, the two biggest money makers ( so-called leaders )
*** Parsons is still trying to figure it out ( leadership ) but fighting with DLaw on the sideline doesn't help.
***Dak has the league's largest contract, but can't avoid injury.

Notice both Dak and Parsons are separately leading offseason workouts with a group of teammates.

True. Those are more vocal leaders. We need the quiet leaders to keep doing their thing too though. Like Tyler Smith for example.

This is based on what have we seen so far?

Pickens wasn't a 1st rounder. I think he waa 2nd round. I'll go with Elam.

I think Elam will have the most opportunity to have impact with the injuries at CB. Whether he makes the most of it remains to be seen but I wouldn’t be shocked if he did have a solid season.

Give us the list of options...

Kenneth Murray will make some highlight reel plays...some as his own highlights and some as the opponents highlights.

If he can keep that ratio about 80/20 in his favor then it will be fun.
