In 2010, going into that game we were 1-6. We knew bad things were going to take place in that game. Little did we know that the team would quit on Wade and not even show up to play.
It's still pretty raw right now and I can't believe how our terrible defense disappeared in the first half to only show right back up in the second half. Our offense which looked like the offense we expect in the first half became the O we have been way too familiar with in the second half.
I know the majority of the blame can fall on our D. However, as an offensive unit, you have to know how bad your D is. You have to know that the best way to play D against the packers is to not let them on the field. Ball control. While it was nice to see us take some shots down the field (I have always said completed passes or not, we still have to throw it long to keep their safeties back), there's a time and a place for that. I am so frustrated with seeing this team go no back shutgun formation and even one back shotgun formation. I just want to pull my hair out. Why couldn't we at least put Romo under center and go PA if we wanted to throw so much?
Anyway, the 2010 game got Wade fired. It's Monday morning and right now the 2013 game feels worse and I wonder why our HC still has a job.
