That is a good one. I would say option A. Even though I like Singletary, I think Norv Turner does not have the makings of a head coach, so option A for me.

I would elect A.

It addresses our issues the best.

Phillips is a sound defensive mind, but average head coach.

Under option B, Turner does little except hold Garrett's hand, while entrusting the defense to a passionate, yet inexperienced DC.

Jones needs to put his faith in Garrett where it counts.

Keeping Turner around doesn't afford him the opportunity to shine.

If he is our "Neo", then he needs to be able to prove it.
