whether or not other teams would hire a guy as HC is meaningless, because most teams are ran by idiots.
Sometimes they get lucky, and sometimes they do something smart.
All the really bad HC's were hired by same people you think validate whether a coach is good or not lol.

Actually yes you did start because all I said was that our defense was much better when Quinn was the DC than Eberflus. An objective fact. Then you came at me aggressively about the talent levels of each defense when I wasn’t even referring to that aspect.

I find it a head scratcher Shotty got the HC gig a year ago and still feel that way now.

Let me put a scenario to you all (a strange one I admit, but hear me out).

If all 32 teams had to release their HC and hire a new HC (but couldn't rehire their current HC), which of the 31 teams would take Shotty? I will go further, how many would even bother interviewing him?

why does a business worth billions scrape the barrel when there's zero cap impact......am I just not getting something others see?

What are coaches for? Do nothing but give orders and collect free paychecks? These Cowboys coaches expect players to already be All Pros. There is no "coaching up" around here anymore.

Stop making excuses for the coaches. They need to do a much better job. These Cowboys release players, then you see those players perform way much better, become starters and some even All Pros or Pro Bowlers for other teams. What does that tell you? It means these Cowboys coaches are not doing their job as good as other teams' coaches. Period.

The Offense has been a Top 5 scoring team the past 5 years. Nothing got fixed. It already was good. Yet, the Oline went backwards: ranked 21st out of 32. Why didn't you mention that? Because it means Dak carried the offense, and I know you stopped supporting Dak since a year ago.

I just don’t know how you do it. They weren’t great but they did some good stuff to be such a young unit. They are progressing. I have no issue with how they played. Room for improvement that will come with age
