While Philly signs a veteran tackle

Yeah, and while the Eagles are looking for options, the Cowboys sit on their hands.

And last I checked, the Eagles current backups weren't getting destroyed out there - unlike both Green and Jaylon Smith - but they're still trying to improve their roster.

Thank you.

So having 2 Chaz and Jaylons would improve our team? This isn’t worth arguing. Without Zeke and Tyron this team is going nowhere and there isn’t anyone available to replace them with. I concede the need for LB’s but Ellerbe definitely wouldn’t have been the answer

a veteran tackle yes I know Beatty but at least they are churning it, and they added Ellerbe who’s a good tackler and someone we could have put in the weak side for Sean Lee we are just crossing our arms and hoping Tyron plays and just let the same linebackers out there that have been non existent on he run?

So what's the point of this thread?

Having options might help, that's all I'm saying.

The Eagles went out and signed two more players for depth at linebacker and tackle, despite the fact that - unlike the Cowboys - their current backups at those spots aren't getting them killed and causing them to lose games.

Meanwhile, Dallas is content to "make it work" with these guys, all results to the contrary.

Believe me, I'm not saying either Beatty or Ellerbe are great players, just that they might not give up 5 sacks a game or look totally lost on the field, that's all.

If you can't handle what's happening this year, maybe it's best that you do that.

Censor things until you get them just right and only hear from people who think exactly the way that you do.

I'll do that while you guys have a good cry together while rubbing a golden eagle ;)

Call me a sadist but if Eagles make it to the NFCCG, I will pay up and head to the game in Philly. My house is only 90 miles away from Linc. Eagles have a young QB and they will not make it to the Superbowl. It will be delicious to watch all these Eagles fans around me.

FYI: 3 years ago, I made the mistake of taking my son to Eagles, Giants game. We had to leave early that day after all the abuse we took. So it turned me into a big Eagles hater. That said, I promise to post a picture to this board once they are guaranteed to play the NFCCG at home. And I will try to post some crying Eagle fans live for your entertainment.
You do that but please be careful around Eagles fans. They spit.

The only people who are "crying" are the ones who can't face the fact that the Eagles are a better team than the Cowboys this year.

Waaahhh!!!

Some people can give credit where credit is due, some can't.

I'm a Cowboys fan, but I'm not a blind Cowboys fan.

You have every right to decide for yourself which one you want to be, but not for anybody else.

I bet you if Dallas gets the WC, they make it further in the postseason than Philly.

It's also easier to coax a guy off his couch in week 11 when you're 8-1.

Im pretty sure he wants to play and get paid. If we would of offered him a contract before philly Im sure he would be a cowboy right now. But per Cowboys Motto. Stay the course and hope the players have it figured out or play at a high level. We suck in the adjustments depart on and off the field.

Ok. I’ll take that bet. Name your terms. That’s one bet I’d be happy to lose.

I don’t think Dallas even gets to a wildcard.

There is nobody that is available like this that is worse than Chaz Green was last weekend. I think you gotta TRY to find someone and hope for the best. How can they roll with Green after what he did last weekend? There were no signs of anything good. LOL

If Smith was lost for the year we'd have signed a veteran tackle as well.

And if you look in the 53 you'll probably find a lb there you've never seen play who you will see play this Sunday. Because he was inactive. Because Lee was healthy going into Sunday.

You're crying and not making sense.

Same goes for Jaylon. I've seen corpses attack the ball better!

If Jaylon is the starter over Hitch this week, instead of Durant to WLB we might lose by 50.

No doubt. Ive said it before...If either of those guys start next week we know ownership and the coaches don't care about winning over their pride.
