Rule number one about making fun of an author:

Spell words correctly.

How many writers out there have caught an NFL pass? My guess is not too many. TO is paid to be a game changing WR, and against Buffalo he was - just for the wrong reasons.

Did I only say bad things about him? No. I also praised him.

For everyone else, thanks for the kind words. I actually am a pretty big fan of Owens, but he needs to step his game up, starting this week.

And after the first three games, you couldn't really ask for anymore from Terrell

So why are you? Because you expect perfection?
Its not enough that TO's mere presence on the field opens up the game for Witten and Crayton and that he has already put up monster stats on his own so far?

Do you really think this offense would be as effective without TO?

I was a huge TO basher up through the end of last season.
So far, I haven't found much to quibble with in the Dallas Cowboy version of TO. Good team-mate, works hard, hell he even blocks downfield.

The clutch catches will come.

I like TO. I'm a pretty big TO fan. I understand that he opens up a lot of things for our team. But the fact of the matter is he should be making those catches when we really need him to.

You say the clutch catches will come, but he's been here over a year, and he's dropped more balls in "clutch" situations than he's caught.

Again, I think he's a great receiver, but I just expect more from someone who is paid what he gets paid. The expectations are higher.
