Who are Aderious Simmons and Darrion Weems?

Since Dallas doesn't seem to be bringing in any UDFA offensive linemen, does anyone know much about the newer ones on the roster?

Dallascowboys.com has Simmons and Weems listed as tackles and Ray Dominguez, a former Arkansas Razorback, at guard.

From just a little bit of research I did, it appears that Simmons didn't start playing football until after high school. Then bounced around trying to develop until landing at Arizona State. After two years there, including some time as a starter, he ended up in New Orleans and then here.

Weems was a starting LT at Oregon. He looked good in the game footage that I've seen.

From what I recall back to watching Arkansas back when Dominguez was there, he was a big powerful guy but not very quick.
