Sort of to play the other side of the thread about players that we hate. Let us examine who we like that didn't play on our team. For me, my 3 favorites that never played on the Cowboys (and that I wish had played on our team) were Steve Smith, Tony Gonzalez, and Brian Urlacher.
Steve Smith was a bit of a hot head, but I quite enjoyed watching him. I suppose it also helps that he and I had a pretty fun exchange with each other during the pregame of the Cowboys Bears game in December. For those of you that don't know, I was in Chicago in December for a major furry convention, and the Cowboys happened to be in town that same weekend. So, I attended the game. During the pregame, I had the end of my tail on the fence. Steve Smith saw my tail and asked me what it was about while chuckling about it going into a commercial break. He asked me what it was. I explained to him that it was my tail, that I'm a furry, and that I was also in Chicago for MFF. He laughed and said that it was cool. He really enjoyed that I think. Irvin turned around and gave me a thumbs up as well which was cool.
One of my aunts knows Tony Gonzalez and he was always a great joy to watch play. Urlacher was always a tough player and, when he wasn't playing us, I loved watching him play linebacker.
