Who are we picking up?

I haven’t seen this posted, but I’m interested to see other opinions.

With the roster cuts upon us, and many will speculate who’s left on our own “deep” roster..

What’s the chances Dallas picks up a player cut from other teams? Surely the ‘Boys aren’t so deep that there’s not someone else better being cut that could make the back end of our roster.

So brainstorming, what’s the likely position filled? Who?

My first guess would be kicker. What do you think?

Kicker is Aubrey unless he implodes.

The Cowboys will likely be looking for linebacker and offensive line depth.

I think LB or OL adds would be the highest probability. Wouldnt be surprised to see the Cowboys ship a DB or DL in exchange for another player.

Outside chance of kicker if theres someone thats been kicking better than Aubrey. But I think the bounce back 59 yarder will give some pause if its a necessity.

I really don't know specific names....been focused mostly on our own players for now. But OL and LB would be tops. Then again, what smart NFL team will let a very good vet OL or vet LB go? It would just be another gamble on a player. So it would still be a crapshoot. Don't expect much more at this time. This comes to mind:

Aubrey they like...but, the Saints have a kicker dual going on with Lutz and Grupe. If Lutz is cut then maybe. Titans, who are kickerless at the moment will jump all over that.
