Who coined the term "Romosexual"?

Michael Silver seemingly takes credit for coining the term but there is NO WAY he came up with it without seeing it on a sign or website somewhere first. I realize that "technically" he doesn't say he did, but he didn't deny it either...perhaps in hopes that he can de facto claim ownership.
In fact, I think I remember seeing someone use the term here before Romo was even starting.

Actually I believe it came from ESPN 103.3 here in Dallas, by current Little Ball of Hate, Jennifer Floyd-Engel's Co-host Mike Taylor. They had dicussion recently how that term has taken off after he used it. Because he got berated as being a gay etc. for using that term
