I agree Yeagerbomb. their's also rules from this current cba that prevent you from going crazy buying all the good FA's you want.Yeagermeister;3041177 said:I'll be shocked if a new CBA isn't signed. I doubt we get to an uncapped season.

LT and maybe FS. Other than that there really isn't room for super stars at any other position.
Let's not forget that just because next year is uncapped doesnt mean that 2011 won't be. Teams could easily screw themselves after that one year if they aren't careful. There's no guarantee that the cap won't be lower than it is now after a new CBA is reached.
Right on. Gone are the days where we buy a team full of big names and no substance. We tried that and it didn't work. Give me the key role player with something to prove, not the over-hyped, over-priced guy looking to cash in on a big payday.Hostile;3041202 said:No big name Free Agents please. Give me another Keith Brooking or two and stay away from the big name, big contract players. We don't need them and I don't want them. They are instant chemistry issues because they think they are the missing piece.
There's a reason it never works in DC.

That's one thing which could inspire the players to take every 'reasonable' concession to support the owners in renewing the CBA.
