Sorry it toke so long to get back here after the game. I had computer issues at home and had to post this morning from work.

Well, as someone posted early last week, there were a number of things that had to happen for Dallas to defeat the Saints at New Orleans. The Cowboys were able to make each of those things happen and played nearly the perfect game. I say "nearly" because there was that Folk issue that could have cost you the game. It was mentioned that the Cowboys needed Ware to play, needed to avoid turnovers, needed to force at least three turnovers, needed to get to Brees, etc.

At least the Vikings lost, too. Now the Saints simply need to handle the Bucs in New Orleans and home field is locked up and there is no reason to play banged up starters in week 17. Sedrick Ellis is a must for the playoff run as has been evidenced in every game he has missed, including Saturday's game.

Good luck this week versus the Skins. I'll be watching, as usual.

Thanks! I'm loving the classy Saints fans. It helps that half the people in my family are Saints fans. ;)

Good luck to y'all going forward...maybe we'll get to visit the 'Dome again in January!!!

Thanks. If that does happen things will hopefully be better aligned for the Saints. I know it is said that no loss is good, but this loss does take that pressure off and allows the Saints to rest a few players (hopefully) in week 17. We should have both starting CB's (Greer and Porter) and Ellis back in place. I feel much better with them on the field.

Every Saints fan that has posted in here (with the exception of rubberneck) has come in as a class act. Should we not make it to our ultimate goal (Super Bowl), you're team is easy to root for. If for nothing else than a cool (for the most part) and deserving fan base.

For the TRUE Saints fans, should they make it to the Super Bowl, it would be a long time coming. Good luck the rest of the year (unless of course we meet again).

I still can't believe we beat yall at your house. I honestly didn't see it coming because it seemed like we have never won there. Good luck Saints.

Thanks again. I'll be honest here and admit that I will not be pulling for the Cowboys from this point out. Nothing personal, of course, but I would much rather face GB or the Gnats if any Wild Card was to make it too the Divisional round. I'm sure you understand.:

With the way the Cowboys played, it was totally believable.

You are one honest dude. And yes I do understand, but our Cowboys have got to play with that same intensity in order to get that far. If they do, they can beat anybody.

Very true. That was clearly the most intensity I have seen from the Cowboys all year long.
