Just curious. Seems like there are more bad QBs this year than usual.

I'll try to take a crack at it. I'll go division by division.

AFC East:
Jets and Bills need QBs but I don't think either takes one early. Bills spent a 1st rounder last year on one. Maybe the Jets will. Geno looked okay but they could get much better and they'll probably get a 10-15 pick.

AFC North:
Probably Cleveland. Actually, I would say this is a definite. I think it's been pretty clear they've given up on Weeden. I don't see anyone else taking a QB early.

AFC South:
I could see the Titans, Jags and Texans taking one. The Texans are a definite. I think the Jags have given up on Gabbert. I think the Titans want to see what they can do with a healthy Locker. I don't think they draft a QB early.

AFC West:
I could see Oakland going QB. The only guy they really have is Pryor. I don't know how much faith they have in him. I guess I can see them giving him another year to prove himself.

NFC East:
None. Maybe some mid-round QBs but I don't see anyone going QB early.

NFC North:
Maybe the Bears depending on what they do with Cutler. They could resign Cutler, release him and sign a veteran, or draft QB early. I think Vikings go QB early. The Ponder experiment didn't last long. I would call that a definite.

NFC South:
I don't see anyone going QB early. From everything I've heard, it seems like the Bucs like what they have in Glennon.

NFC West:
I don't know about Arizona. I think they're a QB away from being a contender. They definitely need a QB for the future. I'd say they even need a QB for the present. I'm gonna go ahead and call them a definite. It's a win-win if you ask me.

My definites:
Cleveland
Houston
Jacksonville
Minnesota
Arizona

My maybes:
New York Jets
Tennessee
Oakland
Chicago

Oakland is definite. They have no QB, I think they draft number 3 or 4 and will take one there unless they can trade down a little and still get their guy. Tennessee has given up on Locker so probably them too.

I agree mostly.

Very Likely

(1) Houston
(3) Jacksonville
(5) Oakland
(8) Minnesota

Probably
(2) (13) St Louis - Sam Bradford makes Sean Lee look durable.
(4) (??) Cleveland - Brian Hoyer came out of nowhere early and looked very good before injury, but it was only 2 games.
(11) Tennessee - If they go to a Chip Kelly type coach, I think Locker would fit great. They tried making him a pocket passer. Munchak is dumb.

Maybe
(14) Chicago - Jay Cutler will be a free agent. Chicago may not see him worth a big contract.
(??) Arizona - I think Carson Palmer is fools gold but he's a 4,000 yard passer.
(??) New England - Tom Brady will be 37 and all they have is Ryan Mallett behind him.

Longshots
(??) Philadelphia - Maybe Manziel is there and Chip Kelly would prefer more of a run/pass guy, then move Foles for a bunch of picks.
(??) New Orleans - Drew Brees will be 35 and there's nothing behind him. The value might be too good to pass up if a good QB drops.
