Again, if we called a run play on that 3rd and 1 like any legit coach would do on that play, the alleged trip never happens.

It is tripping. Doesn't have to be a slide tackle. You lift your leg sideways...........somebody trips over it or stumbles down. Its tripping.

No. He has to have the intent to trip him. No way you can argue there was even the slightest evidence of intent.

Sure you can argue it. If you are a cowboy fan, its clearly incidental. If you are a Pats fans, it was clearly an attempt to trip up the defender.

You know, the more I see that second one, it looks like his leg never even touched the rusher.
THANK YOU!

How is there tripping if an offensive player's leg NEVER trips the defensive player's legs? And Pereira states it IS tripping while watching the replay.

It is not about either call affecting the outcome of the game. It is strictly whether the calls were correct. Where. Is. The. Tripping? Crazy.

Its pretty obvious that the league has their refs manipulate the games in favor of Cowboy opponents...week after week, year after year.

Once upon a time I would have dismissed this as homerism.

Too many bad calls for years to dismiss it now.

And the Saints getting ripped off in the playoffs helps tip the balance.

NEW OBSCURE RULE: Simulated tripping.
