NYG are a wounded team with the bye week after this game. If the Cowboys can avoid silly turnovers and get up on them early, NYG will have every reason to pack it in with the 2 week break ahead. It happens. I'm just hesitant to believe we jump on them early like we should.

I hope we don't think we just won the Super Bowl in Seattle.

The Giants should be approached as if they're a wounded dog right now.

Eli can still chuck it, Andre Williams will be looking to prove himself. Same goes for Beckum.

The defense has a lot to play fore after being smacked down last week. The DLine had 1 sack and 1 QB hit.

THere's no doubt that the mentality going into Seattle was what helped them overcome the mistakes. They should approach EVERY team like they're going up against Seattle.

argument could be made on both the team coming off a big win and the team fighting for their lives coming off an embarrassing game. What I hope to see is Cowboys stadium rocking as fans welcome home the Cowboys. I think this team would love nothing more than to have the fan base turn out in big numbers screaming their heads off after having to beg fans in the 1st 3 home game to cheer.

I would certainly agree with your perspective. What concerns me, though, is whether or not the home town fans are going to know WHEN to make noise and when not to. As I'm quite confident you know by now, they've had a tendency to make a racket when our offense takes the field instead of vice-versa. Maybe they'd pay heed to the queues on the scoreboard? That'd surely be a welcome change. Not 100% sure they've figured it out yet. Hope so.

They give them queues right now lol, 9er, saints and Texans fans paid it no mind. lol Cowboys hopefully has shown the locals enough that they will be there in full force to back this team. Team has been doing their part time for the fans to do theirs.

Idk if any one team has a mental edge so to speak. Everybody's different and the Giants will be fighting hard with their backs up against the wall. I think this Dallas team is mentally tough, but naturally it's harder to get up for a game like this right after beating the Seahawks in exhilarating fashion. If we play our game I think we'll be ok.

Which again is the main reason I would love the fans to give the Cowboys a big time welcome home greeting. At times it is easy coming off a hard game to get pumped up but I think if the fans are going crazy this team will notice and it will have a positive impact on them.

Giants are mentally shot. Against Dallas they will be without the best WR(Cruz) and the best RB(Jennings). Giants OL is a joke. Not sure what Dallas is afraid of.

I betted 200 bucks on Dallas covering -6.5 point spread. Easy money.

Yeah that'd definitely be great. I go to New York City every Thanksgiving with my mom and grandma, so we'll be at the Giants game in Met Life for the 2nd year straight. We try to be obnoxious at possible without pissing off the Giants fans too much.

I hope you win your money. I think what concerns some of us is we have seen the Giants in this funk before then come crawling out of the grave. Heck their SB year they did not look at great early on and yet regrouped and made a run. I do think if Dallas can jump on them early and often that the Giants just may fold like a cheap suit

Don't underestimate the GMen. They know they are coming to a stadium and playing a team where they have had a lot of success recently. After the way they lost last week they know they need to right their ship. I can see why they would come here with some confidence and on a misson.

That said, we will win but I expect anything but a walk in the park.

I expect a cake walk Dallas win. You will see. 2011 SB team had veterans with fire. This year's team lacks that. Dallas will start quick and win by at least 10.

Giants are going to play hard against us, they have nothing to lose. In fact ALL our division rivals play against us well almost every time, even if they are awful teams.

Since Eli is leading the Giants offense, I'm going to go with Dallas.

There's something about having the ball ran down your throat that takes away whatever fire you have in you.
I think NY is going to come in fired up. They will be efficient on offense.

And then we will run and run and run.
We will control the clock. We will wear down their defense. And they will realize that they are simply not as good as the Dallas Cowboys.

This is going to be ugly...... For them.

If you are focusing on just mental edge, I would go with the team: that is playing at home; coming off a huge away win; and, has won the last two games played.

Now DRC is likely out. NYG will be in a serious bind defensively. Do they load up to stop the run or sit back in a safe zone to protect their undermanned secondary? On paper, the Cowboys should be able to have their way offensively. Only turnovers and penalties can stall/kill drives.
