Washington's a dumpster fire and Cleveland has McCown and Manziel.

Pettine has a chance to make it a couple of years. It wouldn't surprise me if Gruden is unemployeed in 6 months maybe less.

Both pretty much walked into no-win situations...

I feel Gruden should have a chance to pick and groom his own QB.

If fired = simply unfair! Unjust.

RGIII should go to another team. Sit on bench and learn like Aaron Rodgers said he himself needed. Get humbled.

Then... Start for a team.

Otherwise.... It's over!

I'm guessing Gruden goes first. And it has less to do with either coach's level of competence, and more to do with the unprecedented level of dysfunction that exists in Washington, specifically with the Snyder and RG3 affect.

Manziel has looked much better then he did last year so far. Whether or not that carries over into real games we will see.

However I would say the Browns have a much better team, but their division brutal. If the Skins start McCoy, they could finish 2nd ( an 8-8) type 2nd if the Eagles really do tank. You could probably combine some of the best players on the Steelers and Bengals and Dallas would still probably beat them, but the AFC central has 3 teams that could win 10+
