Childress or Phillips.
Brad Childress signed an extension mid-season so he's locked in unless disaster ensues. However, the coach that loses this game will be under an incredible amount of pressure.
Phillips will probably lose his job, which I think is a mistake. It takes years to build continuity and you can't build a winner rebuilding and retooling every 3 years. Most successful coaches, don't reach the post-season until year 3 as history has shown. It took Andy Reid, John Gruden, and Mike Holmgren at least 5 seasons before any of them made a Super Bowl appearance.
If Childress loses, and he loses Favre, the wheels are going to come off in a hurry as Jackson has proven he can't get it done.
