Can some of you help me out, missed the entire game at a holiday social function related to my job.

I just reviewed the play by play.

Looks like Bledsoe made the throws when he had to, saw a lot of passes completed fot 10 yards or more, and a lot of plays made on 3rd down.

Looks like Barber was a little more effective than JJones.

Looks like witten made some bid catches, guess they didnt keep him in to block.

Also looked like T Green passing to left side A LOT, and looked like a lot of yards given up on deep pass over the middle (? Roy had a bad game ?)

How was O Line play aside from the penalties and how was [pass rush, did Green have all day or did we get good pressure

offensive line played well. Bledsoe had a great game. Fujita ,& Witten had good games although Witten dropped a TD on 4th down in endzone(didn't see it) heard on radio flag saved the play he might have been held or something. Glen had big game. Game ball goes to Bledsoe for final drive to win game w/ 3 min. left.

Bledsoe made some great throws, but most importantly he seemed to do a much better job of moving within the pocket today to buy a few more seconds.

Probably his best game all year.

Not just a little.

Definitely sent out on routes more and Drew was looking for him.

We've been missing this Terry Glenn for over a month.

Very much so.

We played a lot of Cover 2, so Roy spent pretty much the whole day deep off the LOS. He missed a couple of big tackles, and was his usualy hit-or-miss self in coverage.

Better. THe Chiefs got very little inside push at all. The tackles gave up some sacks and pressures (as expected), but Bledsoe had time on a lot of plays too, especially because as mentioned above he seemed to be moving well in the pocket. He also made a couple of big throws while getting hit.

Overall not too good. End of the 1st half and late third Q we started to put on some pressure, but for the most part Green had time unless we blitzed.

The tackling was horrible today too, probably the worst since way back in the Raider game.

I didn't see a whole lot from Greg Ellis today. Demarcus Ware had a couple good pressures but missed a key tackle in a critical stage in the game.

A lot of that is due to KC having a tremendous offensive line, but we haven't gotten a whole lot of pressure on QB's the last few weeks.

Glads...Bledsoe, Glenn, Witten, Barber, Newman, McBriar, Cundiff, Payton and Canty.

So, so...O-line, Ware, Spears, Johnson and many more who did their job.

Bads...Roy, Shanle, James, Ferguson, Glover, Henry and Davis.

Terrance Newman had another great game. On the TD play the guy that caught that ball was not Newman's guy. Newman bumped him off the line and released him to the Safety (didn't catch who the safety was) but the Safety came up on Gonzalez instead of taking Kennison(sp) which allowed Kennison to run free. Newman came up on the underneath man and could not get back in time when he saw where the ball was going. I don't think they completed a pass against Newman all game.

FWIW-Willie Roaf is the arguably the best LT in the game. I've seen him play in N'Awlins-rarely does he give up sacks, much less the guy he's blocking rarely comes close to the QB. Too bad the Saints organization treated him like dog poo-poo.

For those of you that are worried about our DL et al, don't sweat it.

Newman allowed two catches for 36 yards. The Chiefs' first completion was against Newman. He was playing the slot receiver and got screened off (he actually ran into Fujita), which left Kennison open. Green threw a short little pass over the middle, and Kennison gained 22 yards. (It was almost exactly the same as the longest completion Newman has allowed this season, a 23-yarder to Terrell Owens when Newman also got screened off coming across the middle.) Newman also allowed the 14-yard sideline catch by Samie Parker on the Chiefs' final drive, when they reviewed it but didn't have the evidence to overturn it.

After reviewing the game, I have Newman allowing two catches for 36 yards on four attempts, Henry allowing five catches for 72 yards on 10 attempts and Glenn allowing one catch for 12 yards on one attempt.
