My two votes are for McBriar the punter and Anthony Henry. Those punts were flat own boomers, the kind that make people stand up and take notice, that Henry he can tackle and cover, I know we had other issues but these two are ready for the season to start, oh yeah one more, Witten is the best tight end in football period...your thoughts...

How about some love for Canty? He had a number of pressures and tipped a ball at the LOS.

He's been getting pumped pretty hard on this board but we got him at the end of round 4. Teams are lucky if round 4 guys make any contribution - looking like a huge steal right now.

I agree.

This guy is a beast.

Honestly, he was in on seemingly every play doing something. Great ability to get off blocks and surprisingly athletic for a huge guy.

I think both of these are excellent choices. More so, McBriar. I expected Henry to be good and reports, for the most part, indicate that he has had a good camp. McBriar for sure. I thought he was probably the best player out there Saturday. He did an excellent job IMO. I would probably throw in Henson as well. From TC reports (Dale specifically, somebody's opinion I respect), he was having a very poor TC. I thought that Henson played much better then what I expected him to.

I'll go with Bradie James. Thought he had a very solid outing. Seemed to be around the ball a lot. Wasn't sure what to expect since I hadn't been reading much about his progress in TC.

Henson and Romo's performance surprised me. They were both better than advertised

For me it would be Tyson Thompson. Guy has another gear most do not have.
I think he will be the #2 back when the season starts.

Yeah, I agree with that assessment. He flat outran people who had him dead to rights. Even if he can only run off the edge that'll be a big help in stretching the field. Maybe he can be our screen guy.

Thompson, McBriar and Henry for sure....but then again, I'm only going off of what I heard during the game....not actually seeing it.

Kenyon Coleman. I don't know that the defensive switch is more beneficial to anyone on this team....but after the game, quite honestly, I'm not so beat up over the Spears injury.

Cardinals defense and Warner also surprised me.

I think they have a chance to be really good this year.

Happy to see the return of Roy. Forced fumble and a nice smack on a TE from the few plays I saw.

Henry, Thompson, McBriar, Fowler

I'll jump on the Fowler wagon...he made some really nice plays behind the LOS.

Another name.....don't forget that Petitti was on cruches last week and was practicing solely on the left side....I'm going to watch to see if he improves over the next two weeks on the right side...the window is WIDE open for this kid....I say he takes advantage....crossing fingers.
